Michelle Pham

Michelle Pham is currently serving as the Acting Statewide Coordinator for the Pierce's Disease Control Program. She has held a variety of roles across multiple career fields since joining the California Department of Food and Agriculture in 2009. Her notable accomplishments include managing operations for the Border Protection Stations Program, developing the regulatory framework and launching the Industrial Hemp Cultivation Program, and most recently, leading operational improvements for the Pierce's Disease Control Program. She is committed to facilitating collaboration and driving coordination to ensure programmatic activities align with current needs and operating environments.
