Agricultural Rice Production and Climate Change

California and the Jammu and Kashmir, India, regions will engage on a dialog and information sharing on rice farming, methane reductions and rice residue burning. This collaboration is organized in partnership with The Climate Group which organizers the Under2 Coalition. The Under2 Coalition is the largest global network of state and regional governments committed to reducing emissions in line with the Paris Agreement.
