California State Trade Export Program

The California Department of Food and Agriculture, in collaboration with a variety of federal and state government agencies, private and non-profit trade promotion organizations, has developed an array of activities designed to assist California small businesses with export sales and international market expansion.

  • WUSATA: China Consumer Oriented Inbound Mission - September 14-15, 2017 (San Francisco/Los Angeles)
  • WUSATA: European Dried Fruit and Nut Inbound Mission – December 7-9, 2017 (Sacramento/Fresno)
  • WUSATA: Informational Seminars – Oct 4-6, 2017 (Sacramento/Oakland/Los Angeles)

All food and agricultural activities are facilitated in partnership with the Fresno Center for International Trade Development – a CDFA trade partner. The California STEP program is funded in part through a grant award with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
