LBAM Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR)
Draft PEIR: Notice is hereby given that a Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) has been prepared by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) as Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The Draft PEIR addresses the potential environmental impacts that would result from implementation of alternatives for the eradication of the light brown apple moth (LBAM) (Epiphyas postvittana).

Your written comments must be sent at the earliest possible date, but not later than
close of business Monday, September 28, 2009 which is 60 days after receipt of this
