DELAY IN NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTED CONCEPT PAPERS - ROUND I
Due to the high number of Concept Papers received for "Round I," we have had to change the notification date of accepted Concept Papers. As indicated in the Notice of Funding Availability, the notification date was originally Thursday, July 31, 2008.
We are making every effort to get this notification out to you as soon as possible and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
We apologize for the change, but we wanted to ensure that each Concept Paper submitted receives a thorough review. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

Federal Register from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service.
