Global VetLink eHealth Certificate system.
The California Department of Food and Agriculture supports participation in the Global VetLink eHealth Certificate system. (See industry notification PDF 56 KB). GlobalVetLink provides an online internet application to create Certificates of Veterinary Inspection for livestock and companion animals, and Equine Infectious Anemia certificates with diagnostic laboratory connectivity. GlobalVetLink is accessible through a secure web-based system.
