ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
- Notice of Preparation (NOP): The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) as Lead Agency under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) will prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement Report (PEIR) for the eradication of the light brown apple moth (LBAM) (Epiphyas postvittana).
