Dress Code
Meetings: Business Casual
Tour Day: Casual (jeans & outdoor shoes, something that can take the dirt)
President's Dinner: Business Casual
Monterey Weather
Monterey boasts a mild costal climate and tends to be cool (mid '60s to mid '70s) in the summer. The summer tends to bring fog, especially early and late in the day. Inland temperatures are more extreme, with summer daytime highs in the 90s.
What to Wear
We recommend dressing in layers so you’re comfortable in the hot sunny valleys as well as the breezier coast. Generally, light to medium-weight clothing is appropriate, and bring sweaters / light jackets for the cool evenings.
