FARM BILL: Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program (WHIP)
The WHIP is an existing Farm Bill program that is based on long-term (five to 10-year) agreements for the installation and maintenance of wildlife habitat improvements. Up to 75 percent cost-share for the installation of improvements is available.
