The Meat and Poultry Inspection Branch (MPI) has an Inedible Kitchen Grease program. This program exists to:

  1. deter the theft of Inedible Kitchen Grease.
  2. deter the illegal disposal of Inedible Kitchen Grease that may damage our environment or sewage systems.
